Staff Sean Harlan Austin, PH.D. Joshua R. Ebling, LISW Administrative Staff

 Sean Harlan Austin, PH.D. was
born and raised in rural Colorado, then Denver and Madison, Wisconsin. Educated at
Lawrence University in Wisconsin (BA), San Francisco State University (MA) and the University
of California at Berkeley (PH.D.). It has been his pleasure to wear a number of different professional
hats: college professor, research consultant and writer, state hospital inpatient director, chief
of clinical services at a mental health clinic, consultant to nursing homes and courts, and board
member/volunteer with various social service agencies. Licensed in Ohio as a clinical psychologist
in 1976, the practice in Columbus Grove was established in 1978 and has grown with the addition
of clinical associates and the affiliation of consulting psychiatrists.Top

 Joshua R. Ebling was born and reared
outside of Lima, Ohio where he continues to reside. He earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in
Psychology from Bluffton College before heading to Ohio State where he earned his Master of Social
Work degree with a focus in clinical practice. Josh has worked in the mental health field since
1996 where he provided individual case management and facilitated group activities for children with severe
emotional disturbances, as well as for adults with mental retardation and mental illness.
Josh is currently the Executive Director of a social service agency in Lima and enjoys the
opportunity to continue working intimately with families, couples, and children in the therapy
process. He is currently licensed by the Ohio Counselor and Social Worker Board as a Licensed
Independent Social Worker (LISW) to provide individual and group social psychotherapy.Top
